Natural wax, cotton wicks, and fine fragrance — nothing harsh. Each one is hand-poured in small batches, so it’s made to be lived with, not just looked at.

It’s our shorthand for a candle that’s a little hit of joy — warm light, a scent you love, and a shape that makes a shelf feel like yours. Small comforts, made on purpose.

On the very first light, let the wax melt all the way to the edges — usually 2–3 hours. Wax has a memory, and that first full pool keeps your candle from tunneling down the middle later. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn, and keep sessions to 2–4 hours. Our full candle care guide walks through it step by step.

Burn it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, and never leave a flame unattended or within reach of children and pets. Stop burning once about 1/2 inch of wax remains.

It depends on the size and how you burn it, but keeping sessions to 2–4 hours and trimming the wick each time gives you the most hours and the cleanest burn. Burning too long at once overheats the wax and actually shortens the total life.

Tunneling happens when the first burn was cut short before the wax pooled to the edges. To recover a shallow tunnel, wrap foil loosely around the rim to reflect heat inward and burn until the top levels out. The real fix is prevention — always burn to a full pool on the first light. That’s a sign the wick is too long. Blow the candle out, let it cool, and trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before relighting. A trimmed wick burns cleaner, with less soot and a steadier flame.

Both are natural waxes that burn cleaner and longer than paraffin. Soy is smooth and carries fragrance beautifully; beeswax burns bright and long with a subtle honey warmth of its own. Each product page lists the wax we used for that candle.

Checkout is handled by Stripe, the same secure payment processor used by millions of stores. You pay by card at checkout, in US dollars, and we never see or store your card details. You’ll get an order confirmation by email right away.

We ship to the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, any import duties or taxes charged at the border are the recipient’s responsibility — details are on our shipping options page. If you’re elsewhere, you can find us on Etsy.
